Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the project management activities of sustainable patchouli farming project carried out by the Atsiri Research Centre (ARC) Universitas Syiah Kuala in Aceh Besar. The evaluation refers to project documents such as project proposal, project financial statement, project progress report and final report. The project evaluation method follows Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) theoritical framework which covers six knowledge areas including scope management, time management, cost management, human resource management, stakeholder management, and communication management. To provide detail analysis on time and cost management, this study employs a project management software called Primavera P6. Cost management also evaluates using earn value management method. This study reveals that the project planning slightly different with project implementation, however, no scope creep and the project was on schedule and on budget. Every stakeholder plays their role and provide considerable input and feedback on project goals and success. The results of this study is presented as a project lessons learn for further similar activities.
