FACTORS ON THE INFLUENCE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL OWNERSHIP AND THE IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT BANK ACEH SYARIAH

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) analyse transformational leadership, employee engagement, organizational justice, psychological ownership and employee performance of PT Bank Aceh Syariah Merdeka Branch LhokSeumawe; (2) analyse the effect of transformational leadership on employee psychological ownership; (3) analyse the effect of employee engagement on employee psychological ownership; (4) analyse the influence of organizational justice on employee psychological ownership; (5) analyse the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance; (6) analyse the effect of employee engagement on employee performance; (7) analyse the influence of organizational justice on employee performance; (8) analyse the influence of psychological ownership on employee performance ; (9) analyse the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through psychological ownership as mediating variables; (10) analyse the effect of employee engagement on employee performance through psychological ownership as mediating variables; (11) analyse the influence of organizational justice on employee performance through psychological ownership as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Merdeka Branch LhokSeumawe.The objects of this study are employee performance, psychological ownership, transformational leadership, employee engagement and organizational justice of all employees at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Merdeka Branch LhokSeumawe. The results showed that employee performance, psychological ownership, transformational leadership, employee engagement and organizational justice had gone well. The results also prove that transformational leadership, employee engagement and organizational justice have an effect on employee performance through psychological ownership.
