Abstract


The study is mainly investige the influence of the implementation of e-government policy on work morale and it’s implication on the employee performance of Aceh Financial Management Agency. The study conducted of 289 employees of the public institution. The open questionnaire is utilized to collect the empirical data. And then, the data is analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that  the implementation of e-government policy has a positive and significant effect on the work morale and employee performance. The work morale mediates the effect of implementation of e-government policy on the employee performance. The mediation effect of work morale as a intervening variable is partial mediating.
